When it rains for days, we dig.

With the last week being wet and rainy, April style, I spent the entire day yesterday building the first jump in the warm up line at Matt's trails. I drank an entire gallon of water and I was still dehydrated. Anyway, here are some more pics.

Circus Skate Park

Tomorrow, me and my crew will be heading to St. Charles to visit the new Circus Skate Park. Here is a little video to show you what's up. I will talk to the people running the show over there and post more info.

Today I found my happy place.

Hiding amongst the trees in a secret location lies a particularly technical rhythm section of dirt jumps. The person who created this superb dirt engineering marvel deserves to get a free keg of beer. And anything else one might crave after putting forth the effort necessary to construct lines of such epic proportions. The entire area rolls gradually downhill, eliminating any need to pedal whatsoever. As you approach the first set of doubles, you must pump over a roller and choose to jump in to a berm, or go right to a separate landing. From there you are presented with more choices which better be made before hand, or you won't hit any of them. The entire area is littered with more than 20 jumps and several lines of varying difficulty. In other words, I can't wait to get back for more!
